no where else to turn

I have been having troubles eating lately. Usually I can just force myself to eat some healthier foods, but today I had a can of Dr. Pepper, a half slice of bread with vinegar, and about 1 cup of a protein shake that my roommate made (thank you, by the way) I can't do it anymore. There used to be people I could be with and I would want to eat. That hasn't happened lately. Relationships are causing me such extraordinary stress right now I don't know how to handle it.

I'm just...

I don't want to do this anymore.

We could have a strictly eating relationship if you want. I love eating and I'm really good at it.

You dont eat when you are stress? I eat way to much when i am stressed. I am kinda new to this blogging thing, i hope the situation has improved for you. I am surprised how many mohos have blogs... well maybe not that surprised.

Hi~ I am sorry you are going through a bad time. I would suggest Zone bars, they contain about 18-25 grams of protein and some sugar, which will keep you from "crashing" and getting more depressed etc.

Depression etc. has been directly linked to low blood sugar, not enough protein etc. It will exacerbate your situation to not eat all day. I know you probably know this, but you will think clearer and feel a whole lot better if you force yourself to eat when you first wake up in the morning ( I suggest yogart and half a bananna, easy to fix and good on the tummy!)

btw, zone bars can be purchased at wallmart, they're like a buck a piece, excellent meal replacement (temporarily of course till you feel you can eat your fav foods again). Dannon makes a stomach ache friendly yogart "activia" which will help also. Please try to drink some water each hour too. Let someone who you feel you can trust (possibly the nice neighbor/roommate you mentioned) in your dorm/place know what is going on with you not feeling like eating.
